Removing, installing

Remove the coolant pump

Present puller (5) in the hoist (4) and tighten it

Tighten the puller hooks (5) with a 40 mm inner nozzle or a suitable tubular strap

Remove the hoist (4)

If necessary, if the hoise resists, knock the puller (5) slightly with a hammer

With the aid of pliers remove the counter-ring (3)

Push the cassette type seal (2) out

With the aid of a screwdriver and around the whole edge, withdraw the cassette type seal (2) from the coolant pump (1)
Do not damage the coolant pump (1), use a clean cloth as support.

Install the cassette type seal (4)

Pay attention to the distance dimension figure between the hoise (4) and the coolant pump (1)
