 	Remove/install
1	Open engine hood
2	Drain coolant		AR20.00-D-1140NA
3	Remove fan shroud		AR20.40-D-6800NB
4	Remove poly-V belt		AR13.22-D-1202NB
5	Remove cap (5) and take off guide pulley (4)	 Installation: Observe spacer washer.
			*BA13.25-P-1005-01G
6	Remove cap (11) and take off guide pulley (10)		*BA13.25-P-1005-01G
7	Remove coolant hose on coolant pipe (9)	 Inspect condition of coolant hoses and hose clamps, replace if necessary.
8	Detach coolant hose (13) to coolant pump (1)	 Inspect condition of coolant hose (13) and hose clamp (12), replace if necessary.
9	Unscrew bolt (8)		*BA15.40-P-1001-01D
10	Detach coolant pump (1)	 Collect coolant that flows out
		 Installation: Clean sealing surfaces and replace coolant pump gasket (16).

11.1	Modify coolant pump belt pulley (6) and coolant pipe (9) on coolant pump (1)	Only when replacing the coolant pump (1).
		 Installation: Clean sealing surfaces and replace coolant pipe gasket (15).

12	Install in the reverse order
 Danger!	Risk of accident caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. 13	Conduct engine test run and inspect cooling system for leaks
