1 | Remove transmitter key and mains plug | ||
2 | Remove front axle carrier support (1) | ||
3 | Disconnect electrical connection (2) | ||
4 | Lead high-voltage battery heater (R101) downwards until the coolant connections are accessible. | ||
5 | Clamp off coolant hoses (3) on high-voltage battery heater(R101) with clamping devices | Clamp | |
6 | Unfasten clamps (4) using hose clamp pliers and push to the rear of the coolant hoses | Hose clamp pliers | |
7 | Detach coolant hoses (3) from high-voltage battery heater(R101) | Collect escaping coolant in a suitable container and close connection fitting using a suitable stop plug. | |
Installation: Check clamps (4) and coolant hoses for damage; replace if necessary. | |||
8 | Install in the reverse order | ||
9 | Bleed cooling system | ||
