2	Disconnect charge air hoses (1, 5) at charge air manifold and charge air pipe
3	Fit test flanges (2, 3) onto the charge air hoses (1, 5)	 The test flange (2, 3) must also be supported at the openings on the charge air manifold and charge air pipe.

4	Attach tester (4) to test flange (3)		*442589012100

5	Fill charge air cooler and charge air hoses (1 and 5) and fill with compressed air at test flange (2)	 Do not exceed the test pressure otherwise damage could occur to the charge air cooler or charge air hoses (1, 5)	*BE09.41-N-1001-01B

6	Observe display on tester (4)	 Observe test period. If pressure drops, inspect charge air cooler and charge air hoses (1, 5) for damage; replace if necessary.	*BE09.41-N-1001-01B
