Remove and install

Remove the oil pan.

Remove the intermediate gear from the high pressure pump.

Remove the distribution oil pan cover.

Pull the support (4) and remove the oil pump drive chain (3).

Check the oil pump drive chain wearing, replace if necessary.

Remove the drive chain (5) from the crankshaft gear (1).

Check the distribution chain (5), replace if necessary.

Remove the crankshaft gear (1).

Assembling: Seat the cotter pins (2) and install the gear(1).

Install in reverse order.
