1 Core plug ( 25 mm)

	Removing
Danger!	Risk of injury to skin and eyes caused by scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.	AS20.00-Z-0001-01A
1	Drain coolant		AP20.00-D-2080-01B
2	Remove detachable parts in the area of the leaking core plug	 The cylinder head must be removed for the rear cover (2) 
		Remove cylinder head	AR01.30-D-5800B
3	Pound in core hole cap using a screwdriver on one side until it has turned	see Fig. C
4	Pull out core hole plug at collar	see Fig. D
	Install
5	Thoroughly clean core hole	 The bonding surfaces must be free of oil, water and rust (see fig. E, arrow).
6	Spray sealing surface with activator and coat with sealant		*BR00.45-Z-1001-02A
7	Pound in new core hole cap flush using a punch-in drift	 ( 25 mm)  The sealant must be allowed to harden for about 45 minutes before pouring in coolant. Observe manufacturers instructions!	*601589091500
8	Install detachable parts	 If the rear cover (2) was removed 
		Install cylinder head	AR01.30-D-5800B
9	Pour in coolant		AP20.00-D-2080-01B
			*BA20.20-N-1001-01B
			*BF20.00-N-1001-01A
10	Warm up engine
11	Inspect cooling system for leaks		AR20.00-D-1010A
