Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. 	Check
1	Check fluid level.	 Only check fluid level at a coolant temperature lower than 50 °C. Before correcting the fluid level, check the anticorrosion and antifreeze protection. The fluid level must be level with the marking (arrow) on the expansion reservoir.
2	Unscrew cap of expansion reservoir.
3	Check anticorrosion and antifreeze protection.	If necessary,
		
		Calculate top-up quantity for anti-corrosion and antifreeze agent.

	Correct
4	correct anticorrosion and antifreeze protection.	Only at insufficient anti-corrosion and antifreeze content.
			AR20.00-S-1142PS
		 To do so, replace coolant at the calculated top-up quantity.
5	Correct fluid level.	Only if the fluid level is too low.

		 Make sure that the mixing ratio of the coolant is correct.
6	Screw on cap of expansion reservoir.
