Detach pressure differential sensor from air filter housing (3)

Model 209

Release clip on molded hoses and remove mounting screw.

Use suitable tool to lever off clips (1) securing cover (2) on air filter housing (3)

Take off cover (2) of air filter housing (3)

Lift the air filter element (4) slightly at the rear and detach from the connection for the hot film mass air flow sensor (B2/5)

Take air filter element (4) out of air filter housing (3)

Installation: Replace air filter element (4), do not clean.

Installation: Insert the recess (arrow) at the air filter element (4) into the notch (3a) in the air filter housing (3).

Clean

Clean air filter housing (3) and cover (2) from inside

Cleaner from package
