	When disconnecting the couplings on the ME-SFI [ME] control unit, disconnect the center coupling first and reconnect the center coupling D last when reconnecting.
	Measuring instrument/test connection column:
	The numbers entered in brackets, such as e.g. in  1.0 (2A) mean:
	A = coupling A in the wiring diagram
	2 = connection 2 in the wiring diagram
	Ignition OFF
	Connect test wiring harness with contact box to ME-SFI [ME] control unit (N3/10) according to connection scheme.  Plug with red marking is not yet required at present, as no function is available in the ME-SFI [ME] control unit as yet.
