Release the pressure of the compressed air system circuit 4

Remove the transmission shafts of the PTOs 1 (1) and 2 (4)

Power take-off without hydraulic pump.



Remove the hydraulic pump (2)

Power take-off with hydraulic pump.

 Do not remove the hydraulic pipes, only if necessary.

Remove the compressed air pipes on the solenoid valves

With compressed air connection "VOSS 230"

With compressed air connection "VOSS 232" (NG 8, 12) OR "SCHAFER SDF" (NG 6)

Remove the electric connectors on the control switches and solenoid valves

 Identify the location of installation of the connectors.

Remove the leads from the bracket on the power take-off

Installing: Fasten the leads with clamps on the bracket.

Remove the bolts from the power take-off 1

 Protect the power take-off 1 against possible fall.

Installing: Apply chemical lock on the bolts, .

Lift-out the power take-off 1

Installing: Replace the sealing ring (6) and the sealing gasket (7).

Remove the input shaft (5)

 Check the input shaft (5) for wear, if necessary replace.

Remove the oil pump cover (8)

 Only in the change of the gearbox or when retrofitting a power take-off.

Installing: Replace the sealing ring (9).



Modified rear cover

Fill the gearbox with oil and correct the level
