Indications relative to self-locking bolts and nuts

Install: Replace all the self-locking nuts.

Risk of injuries when tilting forward the cabin.

Risk to be smashed and caught when tilting the cabin to its original position

Do not go in the area where the cabin tilts back or forth and adopt the due protective measures to avoid that non-authorized people get into such area. Always tilt the cabin up to its final opening lock position.

Remove the bottom part of the sound protection lining

 Fastened by 4 quick closing clips.

Remove the exhaust tubes (1) and (3)

Remove the transmission shafts (10) at the power takeoff flange and fasten it safely at one of its sides



Remove the pneumatic tubes (17) connected to the air compressor

Install: Check the tightness of the pneumatic tubes (17) with neutral soap foam or an appropriate product.

Remove the clutch hydraulic receiver cylinder (15) from the gearbox and together with the connected hydraulic tubes, immobilize them aside safely

Remove the ball joints (20) and (24) from the gearbox control rods

Disconnect the connectors (25), (26) and (28) from their respective sockets at the gearbox

Install:Seal the connector in the rpm transmitter outlet (B20).

Lift the engine by the rear fastening handles (19) until the gearbox support mounts (7) are free, without load

Utilize an appropriate and safe lifting device.

Remove the gearbox support (4)



Support the gearbox from below with an appropriate lifter with sufficient support surface.

Remove the chassis support mounts (7)

Detach the gearbox from the engine

Pay attention not to damage the electric wires or the pneumatic tubes.

Install:Put a lubricant grease of long lasting effect on the splined part of the drive shaft. Clean any surplus of grease that can affect the clutch.

Install in reverse order

Adjust the gearbox controls

Engage successively all the gearbox speeds

 In the case that it is difficult to engage the gears, repeat the adjustment procedure.

Check the gearbox oil level after having carried out a test drive

Refer to the maintenance manual.
