Remove the clutch

Remove the turn sensor (10B14)

Installing: Press-in the turn sensor (10B14) against stop.

Install, in the flywheel housing, the device for turning and locking the engine

Remove the bolts (2) fastening the flywheel (1)

Installing: Check the length (L) of the flywheel fastening bolts.

Slightly oil the flywheel bolts.

Screw-on the centering mandrels (3) in two opposite tapped holes

Remove, from the flywheel housing, the device for turning and locking the engine

Remove the engine flywheel (1)

Installing: Lubricate the flywheel ring gear.

Check the flywheel false race

Replace the worn or damaged false race .

Install the false race on the flywheel

Check the engine flywheel (1) for condition.

Should the friction surface present cracks, fissures or damages:

Machine the flywheel.

Check the engine flywheel ring gear for condition.

In the case of wear:

Replace the ring gear.
