	Removal
1	Remove the flywheel (1).	Truck	AR03.30-B-8002D
		Bus	AR03.30-B-8002G
2	Remove the wear ring race (2) with the puller (4) and the counter-support (5)	Do not utilize a blow torch, grinder or hammer strikes to remove the wear ring race. These procedures can cause leakage between the new wear ring race and the flywheel.

	Installing
3	Clean the housing for the wear ring race (2) in the flywheel (1)
Danger!	Risk of injuries to skin and eyes from handling hot or incandescent objects	Use protective gloves, protective clothes and safety glasses.	AS00.00-B-0002-01A
4	Uniformly heat-up the new wear ring race (2).	Maximum temperature 200oC.
5	Install the wear ring race (2) in the flywheel (1) with the mandrel (6)	Pay attention to place the chamfered side of the race insert facing the flywheel support flange end.

6	Replace the seal (3).	Install a seal with 118mm inner diameter, suitable for false race utilization in the flywheel.	AR03.20-B-3063C
7	Install the flywheel (1).	Wait until the false race cools off.
