Remove and install

Remove clutch.

Remove rotation sensor (B15).

Install: Push rotation sensor (B15) until stop.

Install on flywheel housing (3) the engine turning device.

Remove retaining screws (2) of flywheel (1).

Install: Verify length (L) of the flywheel retaining screws.

Slightly grease flywheel screws with oil.

Twist centering guide pins (4) in two opposite threaded holes.

Remove the engine turning device (3) from flywheel housing to turn and lock the engine.

Remove flywheel from engine.

Install: Grease the flywheel ring gear.

Check

Verify the engine flywheel (1) conditions.

In case the surface shows cracks, clefts or damages:

Rectify flywheel.

Verify the engine flywheel ring gear conditions.

In case it is worn:

Replace ring gear.

Install in the reverse order.
