Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Draw separation line (A) on bracket (2)

The separation line (A) must be drawn such that a gap (arrow) of approx. 1 cm is present between the coolant hose (1) and bracket (2) after separation.

Remove coolant hose (1)

With regard to return shipment or scrapping of removed parts, please observe the information in your warranty system.

Cut off bracket (2) at separation line (A)

Install

Install new coolant hose (1)

Lower cab

Pour in coolant
