2 | Turn fresh air grille (9) approx. 90° and remove | ||
3 | Remove upper housing shell (5) | Release both locking brackets (6). Lift the upper housing shell (5) (arrow A) and remove towards the front (arrow B). | |
4 | Remove outlet shroud (2) from the lower housing shell (7) | Lever locking pins of outlet shroud (4) out of cutout (3) using a suitable tool. | |
Installation: Note installation position of outlet shroud (2). Locking pins of outlet shroud (4) and recesses (3) must be flush. | |||
5 | Remove heater from lower housing shell (7) | Installation: Check flange gasket (8) for damage, replace if necessary. | |
6 | Install in the reverse order | ||
7 | Check heater for proper operation | See heater operating instructions. |
