Danger! | Risk of explosion caused by fuel vapors igniting, risk of poisoning caused by inhaling combustible gases and risk of injury caused by burns during and after operation of heater unit | Do not operate stationary heater, auxiliary heater or engine with heater booster in closed areas or when refueling. Allow heater unit to cool down after operation and wear protective gloves. | |

1 | Disconnect electrical connector (7) of heater. | The voltage supply to the heater must not be interrupted during heating or in the run-on phase. | |
2 | Remove air intake pipe (5) | ||
3 | Unscrew nuts on muffler (1) and remove muffler (3) | | |
4 | Unscrew nuts on heater (6) | | |
5 | Disconnect warm air pipe (9) from heater unit (8) | ||
6 | Disconnect fuel line (4) | Lift heater (8) upwards until fuel line (4) is accessible. Loosen hose clamp for fuel line (10) and remove fuel line (4) from heater (8). | |
7 | Remove heater (8) upwards | Installation: Check the flange gasket (11) for damage; replace if necessary. | |
8 | Install in the reverse order | ||
9 | Check heater (8) for proper function | See heater operating instructions. |
