3 | Remove coolant circulation pump (2) | Installation: Replace O-rings and grease using Vaseline | |
Ensure that the grommet (5) for the fuel line (4) is correctly seated. | |||
4 | Remove fuel hose (3) with fuel line (4) | Installation: Replace cable ties on fuel hose (3). | |
5 | Remove cover for combustion air blower (6) | ||
6 | Remove control unit (7) | ||
7 | Remove panel for combustion air blower (8) | Installation: Do not damage the heat-protection mat. | |
8 | Remove glow pin | ||
9 | Remove flame monitor | ||
10 | Remove fuel fitting | Only when replacing the combustion air blower. Check O-rings on the fuel fitting, replace fuel fitting if necessary. | |
11 | Remove sieve for glow pin from fuel fitting | Check sieve for glow pin for signs of damage or carbonization, replace if necessary: | |
Install sieve for glow pin. | |||
12 | Detach electrical lines for combustion air blower (10) from contact cavities 13 and 14 of connector housing (9) | | |

13 | Remove combustion air blower (11) | Installation: Replace seal (12). Ensure that seal (12) is correctly seated in groove (arrow) of combustion air blower (11). | |
14 | Install in the reverse order |
