Remove threaded ring (2)

Remove interaxle differential lock shift cylinder

Unscrew bolts (1) and remove cover for through-drive (5)

Remove dowel pins (7) downwards

Disassemble through-drive cover (5)

Only when the through-drive cover (5) is to be replaced.

Install

Clean sealing surfaces on through-drive cover (5) and through-drive housing (6) and coat with sealant

Loctite 5203 sealant

Install dowel pins (7)

Mount through-drive cover (5) over the dowel pins (7) and screw tight

Axle through-drive cover to axle through-drive housing

Install interaxle differential lock shift cylinder
