4	Remove drag link from pitman arm (1)		AR46.40-W-0100A
5	Remove tie rod		AR46.40-W-0200A
6	Remove steering arm (1)	 On the left on left-hand steering vehicles, on the right on right-hand steering vehicles.
7	Remove steering knuckle arm (15)
8	Remove cap (2)
9	Remove cap (10) with sliding washer (9)
10	Remove kingbolt (7)		AR33.25-W-0400-01E

		 On front axle model designation 730.026/027/028 it can occur that the torque struts of the hydraulic press do not fit the front axle. In this case: 
		Rework tension struts.	AR33.25-W-0400-20A
11	Remove steering knuckle (5)
12	Remove thrust ring (13) and slide ring (12) from steering knuckle
13	Remove radial sealing rings (11 and 14)
14	Remove needle roller bearings (3, 4 and 6)	 Use a suitable drift.
	Install
15	Install needle roller bearing (6) at bottom of steering knuckle (5)		AR33.25-W-0400-03C

16	Install needle bearings (3 and 4) in the steering knuckle (5)	 Install the needle bearing (4) first.	AR33.25-W-0400-06B

17	Install radial sealing rings (11 and 14)	 The rubber coating of the radial sealing ring must abut the steering knuckle.
18	Position the slide ring (12) and thrust ring (13) on the radial sealing rings	 The thrust ring must abut the grooves in the radial sealing ring.
19	Clean and degrease steering knuckle pin (7) and axle stub	Cold degreaser/cold cleaning solvent	*BR00.45-Z-1051-04A

21	Check end play of steering knuckle and adjust if necessary		AR33.25-W-0400-04C

22	Insert sliding washer (9) determined in the cap (10) and install the cap (10)	 The lubrication grooves in the sliding disk must abut the steering knuckle. The lubrication nipple on the end cover must point towards the center of the axle.

24	Lubricate steering knuckle bearing	 The steering knuckle bearing must be lubricated immediately after the kingbolt is installed otherwise it wedges itself and can no longer be lubricated	*BR00.45-Z-1001-06A
