The axle beam end and kingbolt must be completely free from grease and the press-in force must not be exceeded, otherwise the kingbolt cannot be removed again.
1 Attach plate (1) of the hydraulic press to the bottom of the steering knuckle (2) using four bolts.
2 Mount steering knuckle (2) on the axle beam end.

3 Attach plate (4) so that it abuts the top of the steering knuckle.
4 Position press (3) at the bottom of the steering knuckle.
5 Press in kingpin.
6 Detach hydraulic press.
