Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.

Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

Unscrew screws (1) of oil line and oil return feed line at thermostat

Unscrew banjo bolt (2) of oil line

 Collect escaping oil in a suitable container, seal connections.

 Installation: Replace sealing rings in order to prevent leaks.

 Banjo bolt, oil feed line to transmission

 Collect escaping oil in a suitable container, seal connections.

 Installation: Replace sealing rings in order to prevent leaks.

Remove screw (4)

Unscrew screw (5) of double clamp at holder

Detach oil line and oil return feed line from thermostat and remove toward rear

 Seal connections.

 Installation: Replace sealing rings on oil line and oil return feed line in order to prevent leaks.

Install in the reverse order



Check automatic transmission oil level, correct if necessary

Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.

Check for leak tightness with engine running
