Deburr repair panels.

Remove/install

Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of the transmission range (for at least 2 minutes).

Remove upper engine cover.

Drain off coolant.

Remove engine air intake duct upstream of air filter.

Remove front center reinforcement (3).

Remove screw (6) and remove bleed line (5) from radiator and seal openings with suitable stop plugs.

Release and disconnect electrical connector from housing (4).

Remove bracket (7).

Unclip fan unit (2) from radiator mounts and remove upward.

10

Install in the reverse order.
