1 Hose connector
2 Vent line
3 Radiator
4 Return flow pipe
5 Retaining frame
6 Radiator frame
7 Fan shroud

1 | Remove radiator unit | ||
2 | Detach charge air cooler | ||
3 | Detach oil cooler | ||
4 | Detach hose connector (1) of vent line (2) at radiator (3) | ||
5 | Detach vent line (2) at radiator frame (6) | ||
6 | Detach return flow pipe (4) from retaining frame (5) | ||
7 | Detach retaining frame (5) from radiator frame (6) and take off together with attached parts | ||
8 | Detach fan shroud (7) from radiator frame (6) | ||
9 | Detach bracket (arrow) with integrated rubber buffer of radiator frame (6) | ||
10 | Take radiator frame (6) apart and take it off from both radiators (3) | ||
11 | Install in the reverse order | ||
| Inspecting | ||
12 | Inspect radiator (3), hose connectors, coolant pipes for leaks and undamaged condition | Clean radiator, if necessary. |
