Loosen bolts for belt pulley (14) on coolant pump (1)

Release tension on poly-V belt and remove belt pulley from alternator (12)

Take belt pulley (14) off coolant pump (1)

Remove poly-V belt tensioning device (12)

Remove coolant hose (7) from coolant pump (1)

Detach coolant hose (4) from connection piece (2)

Disconnect electrical connector (6) on coolant temperature sensor

Remove bracket (13)

Detach coolant line (5) from coolant pump (1)

Remove bolt (9) on coolant line (8) holder (10)

Detach coolant line (8) at coolant pump (1)

Remove coolant pump (1) with connection piece (2)

Detach electrical wiring harness (3) from connection piece (2).

Remove connection piece (2) and connection fitting (17) from coolant pump (1)

Remove connection fitting (19) from coolant pump (1) and coolant thermostat (18)

Remove threaded fitting (20) from coolant pump (1)

Install in the reverse order
