Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Remove

Remove screw cap of coolant expansion reservoir

Remove front and central sections of the lower engine compartment paneling

Drain off

Push drain hose (3) onto drain fitting on cooler (1)

Open drain screw (2) and drain coolant into a suitable container

Close drain screw (2)

Pour in

Pour in coolant and ventilate engine cooling system

Check engine cooling system for leaktightness
