 	Remove/install
 Danger!	Risk of burn injuries and scalding when working at AdBlue lines and the components attached to them. Risk of injury to skin and eyes when handling AdBlue. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing AdBlue	Pour AdBlue into suitable containers only. Wait until the pressure is released before starting any work on the exhaust aftertreatment system. 	Notes on use, material properties and handling of AdBlue®		AH14.40-N-0001-01A
1	Open insulating tubing (2) in area of line fittings (3, 6) to a length of about 10 cm and push back	 Installation: Replace removed cable tie and insulation tape.

3	Remove filter cup (9) with filter insert (8) on pressure filter housing (7)	 Installation: Clean pressure filter housing (7) and replace filter cup (9) with filter insert (8). Thinly coat O-ring on filter insert (8) and on filter cup (9) with lubricant before assembly.	*BR00.45-Z-1019-06A
		 Always use the prescribed lubricant as the lubricating material. Also ensure that antifriction agent is used very sparingly otherwise this can lead to damage to the exhaust aftertreatment system.

5	Check filter cup (9) for leaks
