| Print the product orientation form |
| | ||||
. | |||||||
Follow the procedures bellow to fill out the form.
| M00 - Check the original configuration of the chassis |
| | ||||
If changes are observed in the original configuration of the chassis as, for example, chassis stretching or shortening, or fuel tank repositioning:
| |||||||
Register on PDI Check list.
| M01 -Check failures via diagnose equipment |
| | ||||
. | |||||||
No vehicle with one or more current failures or stored can be released.

| M03 - External lighting, batteries and main switch |
| | ||||
| M04 - Fixings and torques of the fuel tank |
| | ||||
For the original tanks Mercedes-Benz, even when repositioned, the torques for fixing the brackets to the longitudinal member, and the torques on the bolts of the fixing straps should be checked.
The measure of 40 mm between the bolt tip of the strap and the basis of the first nut must be complied with in order to prevent the strangulation of the tank.
| M05 - Vehicle keys (including spare keys) |
| | ||||
Check general conditions of the keys and also, if they meet their functions (Ignition system, Opening of the fuel tank cap, etc).
