Danger!

Fuel vapors present an explosion hazard. Combustion gases are toxic when inhaled. Heater can cause severe burns during and after operation

Do not start up or operate stationary heaters or engines with heater boosters in closed rooms or in the vicinity of service stations. Allow heater to cool off after operation and wear protective gloves.

Fire, open lights and smoking prohibited.

Remove heater

Remove flange gasket (3)

Installation: Check flange gasket for damage, replace, if necessary.

Remove cover (1) together with gasket (2)

Installation: Check flange gasket for damage, replace, if necessary.

Remove glow plug

Remove covering parts (4, 5, 6)

Remove combustion and hot air blower (7) from heat exchanger (13)

Remove gasket (8) and clean sealing surfaces

Installation: Replace gasket.

Remove cover plate (10)

Remove sealing plate (12) and sealing
ring (11)

Installation: Use new sealing plate (12) and sealing ring (11).

Install in opposite order
