Danger!

Fuel vapors present an explosion hazard. Combustion gases are toxic when inhaled. Heater can cause severe burns during and after operation

Do not start up or operate stationary heaters or engines with heater boosters in closed rooms or in the vicinity of service stations. Allow heater to cool off after operation and wear protective gloves.

Fire, open lights and smoking prohibited.

Remove heater

Remove flange gasket (3)

Installation: Check flange gasket for damage, replace if necessary.

Remove cover (1) together with gasket (2)

Installation: Check gasket for damage, replace if necessary.

Remove glow plug

Remove covering parts (4, 5, 6)

Separate electrical connectors for flame sensor (7) and overheat switch (8)

Screw blower motor (9) off of heat exchanger (17) and remove

Remove gasket (10) and clean sealing surfaces

Installation: Use new gasket.

Install in opposite order
