Remove/install

Remove injection line (1).

Installation: Replace injection line (1) after each removal.

Remove heat shield (2).

Bolt, shield to turbocharger and flap fitting

Remove injection nozzle (3).

Seal bores with a suitable stop plug.

Installation: Check contact surface at valve fitting for foreign bodies and contamination, clean if necessary.
Where it will be reused, clean injection nozzle (3) with a lint-free cleaning cloth.
In the installed state, the nozzle of the injection nozzle (1) must point to the exhaust pipe.
