| Disassemble | ||
| Remove cover (32) | Be careful when undocking it from guides.
| Remove supports (24) and (27) | They are marked with letters: R= right e L= left.
| Remove springs (25) and (26) | Mark the springs position.
| Remove clamping pin (33), handle (34) or (34a), and protectors (30) and (31)
| Remove guide plate (29) and cam (23) | The guide plate is marked with letter "R" on the left side. This position matches to the valve front view of the opposite side of the identification plate.
| Remove retaining ring (2), exhaust pipe (1) and seal ring (3) from housing (3)
| Release valve seat (11) | Use wrench of 4 mm inserted via housing exhaust hole (4).
| Release screws (28) and remove intermediate housing (22) together with piston rod (15)
| Mark intermediate housing position (22) in relation to housing (4) and remove it. Then remove seal ring (5), piston rod (15) and seal ring (19)
| Remove spring plate (18), spring (17) and (13), washer (14),disc (12), valve seat (11) and wedges (16) | Keep spring wedges (16) together to be used during assembly.
| Remove piston (10) and seal ring of this (9)
| Remove valve plate (8), spring (7), bush (6) and seal ring (5)
| Clean up | ||
| Clean up the components and check the parts regarding wear and corrosion | Use a suitable product for cleaning components, because otherwise they might be damaged.
The parts of the repair kit must be replaced every disassembly.
| Assemble | ||
| Assemble housing (4) cover (20) or support (20a) and tighten screws (21)
| Assemble in housing (4) seal ring (5), bush (6), spring (7), valve plate (8), piston (10) with seal ring (9) and spring wedges (16) | Adjustment wedges (16) have the purpose of increasing and decreasing spring pressure (17). In valves used, keep the same set of separated wedges during disassembly.
| Assemble spring (17) and valve seat (11) with disc (12) | Insert a wrench of 4 mm via discharge hole and press valve seat (11) inside
| Assemble spring (13), washer (14) and spring plate (18)
| Assemble seal ring (19) and (5), piston rod (15) in the intermediate housing | They form a set.
| Assemble set components formed in cover (20) or support (20a) and screw valve seat (11) in piston rod (15) | Tighten screw (28) firmly when fixing intermediate housing (22).
