1 Thoroughly clean area around separation point at hydraulic system.
Even the smallest dirt particles in the hydraulic components can lead to malfunctions and a total failure of the transmission.
2 Remove bolt (6) from cylinder crankcase.
3 Detach clamp (5) and remove oil cooler line (return) (1) and remove oil cooler line (feed) (2) from the rubber guide.
4 Remove bolts (4) and remove double clamp (3) from the oil cooler line (return) (1) and oil cooler line (feed) (2).
5 Remove bolt (7) from transmission.
6 Pull oil cooler line (feed) (2) out of the transmission and seal line connection as well as oil hole in transmission with stop plug.
To avoid damage and leaks do not bend or kink the oil cooler line (feed line) (2).
Installation: Replace O-ring for oil cooler line (feed line) (2).
7 Remove bolt (8) from transmission.
8 Pull oil cooler line (feed) (1) out of the transmission and seal line connection as well as oil hole in transmission with stop plug.
To avoid damage and leaks do not bend or kink the oil cooler line (return line) (1).
Installation: Replace O-ring for oil cooler line (return line) (1).
9 Install in the reverse order.
