Remove threaded plug (5).

 Collect transmission oil which flows out in a suitable vessel.

Detach TCO vehicle speed sensor (B17) from main shaft transmission cover (1)



 Installation: Install new O-ring. Coat separating surface at oil return bore with sealing compound.

Detach countershaft transmission cover (2) from transmission housing

 Installation: Coat separating surface with sealing compound.

Remove pulse generator from main shaft

 Installation: The blades of the pulse generator must face in the direction of the main shaft transmission cover (1).

Install in the reverse order

Check oil level in transmission; correct if necessary


