Remove/install coolant pipe

Drain coolant

Remove soundproofing on frame at upper left

Remove soundproofing at bottom middle and left on frame

Installation: Only install soundproofing after the leak test.

Slacken clamp (8) on coolant hose (9)

Remove clamp (6) on holder below (7)

Remove clamp (3) on holder above (2)

Detach coolant hose (5) on both sides and push on the coolant pipe (1)

Detach coolant pipe (1) from coolant hose (9) and remove

Mark installation position of coolant pipe (1).

Installation: Observe identification of installation position.

Install in the reverse order

Check coolant pipe (1) for leaks

Visual inspection.
