2 | Open maintenance flap (1) | ||
3 | Detach the engine compartment paneling in the area of the radiator (3) | ||
Danger! | Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant. | Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage bottles. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and eye protection. | |

5 | Remove the side cover panel (2) from the radiator (3) | ||
6 | Remove poly V-belt (4). | ||
7 | Remove coolant pipe (5) between hose stub on coolant bottle and hose stub on lower coolant pipe | ||
8 | Detach the fan frame (6) from the brackets on the vehicle frame, and remove it together with the fan wheel. | ||
9 | Remove the fan surround (8) from the radiator (3) | ||
10 | Remove coolant hoses (7) from radiator (3) | ||
11 | Remove radiator (3) at top and bottom from frame | ||
12 | Remove radiator (3) to the side | ||
13 | Install in the reverse order |
