 Lock tensioner pulley with drift or pin (diameter 5 mm).

Unscrew coolant pump belt pulley (6) at coolant pump (7)



Detach coolant hoses (8, 9) at coolant pump (7)

 Inspect condition of coolant hoses and hose clamps, replace if necessary.

Remove coolant pump (7)

 Installation:

Replace seal for coolant pump (7a).

 Installation: Observe length of bolts and tightening sequence: 

Install in the reverse order
