Take off belt pulley (15) of coolant pump (1)

Remove bracket (12)

Separate plug connection (7.1 or 7.2) at coolant temperature sensor

Take off connector (8.1 or 8.2) at cylinder head

Installation: Replace seal (9).

Remove connection fitting (6)

Replace connection fitting (6).

Detach coolant hose (11) at coolant pump (1)

Inspect condition of hose clamp, replace if necessary.

Remove coolant pump (1) and remove gasket (5)

Installation: Replace seal (5).

Clean sealing surfaces at crankcase and at coolant pump (1)

Install in the reverse order

Check coolant level, adjust to correct level if necessary
