2	Remove coolant thermostat (4)		AR20.10-W-2460A
3	Remove viscous fan clutch		AR20.40-D-5660D
4	Remove poly-V belt		AR13.22-D-1202D
5	Take off belt pulley (15) of coolant pump (1)
6	Remove bracket (12)		AR09.41-D-8681-02D
			*BA09.41-N-1002-01B
			*BA20.10-N-1005-01C
7	Separate plug connection (7.1 or 7.2) at coolant temperature sensor
8	Take off connector (8.1 or 8.2) at cylinder head	 Installation: Replace seal (9).	AR20.10-W-1290-02A

9	Remove connection fitting (6)	 Replace connection fitting (6).
10	Detach coolant hose (11) at coolant pump (1)	 Inspect condition of hose clamp, replace if necessary.	AR20.20-D-7440-03D
11	Remove coolant pump (1) and remove gasket (5)	 Installation: Replace seal (5).

12	Clean sealing surfaces at crankcase and at coolant pump (1)
13	Install in the reverse order
14	Check coolant level, adjust to correct level if necessary		AP20.00-D-2080A
15	Inspect cooling system for leaks		AP20.00-D-2050A
