2 | Drain the coolant. | On radiator. | |
3 | Loosen engine cables set. | ||
4 | Remove supercharger air pipe (9). | Remove spring (arrow) upwards. | |
5 | Remove screw (3). | ||
6 | Remove fuel pipe (6) from low pressure pump. | Install: Replace brackets. | |
7 | Remove fuel returning pipe (7) at main fuel filter. | ||
8 | Remove bracket (5). | Air distribution pipe bracket. | |
Engine bracket. | |||
9 | Loosen screws (10) and remove bracket. | ||
10 | Remove coolant pipe (2). | ||
11 | Remove the bolts (11). | ||
12 | Remove supercharger air distribution pipe (1) from head. | | |
13 | Remove supercharger air distribution pipe (1) upwards, conduct engine cables (5) and the fuel pipe (9) and (10) through the supercharger air distribution pipe opening. | Close the intake openings. Clean the surface and replace gasket (16). | |
Install: Use studs (M7 screw ) to fixate gasket (16) supercharger air distribution pipe (1). | |||
14 | Install in the reverse order. | ||
Danger! | Risk of accident by involuntary moving when engine is working. Risk of injure by crushing and burning during engine start procedure or while engine is working | Secure vehicle against involuntary movement. Wear fit working clothes. Do not touch hot or moving parts. | |
15 | Check for fuel leaks. | Start engine, stop it and check for leaks again. |
