4 | Remove oil sump (2) from clutch case with converser | Installation: Replace the gasket (8). Mount oil sump (2) in a manner that the deep of the sump (2) is over the oil suction opening on the clutch case with converser (10) and is indicating upwards. | |

5 | Remove the blade spring (4) and the washer (5) | Installation: The blade spring belts (4) must point towards the filter (6). | |

6 | Remove filter (6) and sleeve (7) | Clean filter (6), in case of too much contamination, replace it (6). | |
Installation: Be aware of the mounting position, the filter plate cover (6) must point outwards. | |||

8 | Check the quality of oil determined on the Telligent maintenance system and according to the result adjust the quality of the oil to be supplied | ||
9 | Remove filler bolt (1) from the clutch case converser | ||
10 | Remove control bolt (11) from the gearbox | ||
11 | Through the oil filling bolt opening (1) fill in with oil | Fill in engine oil until it overflows through the control bolt opening (11). | |

Risk of injury (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. | Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts. | |
12 | Start the engine and run it at the highest gear at 800 to 900 rpm | ||
13 | Through the oil filling bolt opening (1) slowly fill in with oil | Fill in engine oil until it overflows through the control bolt opening (11). | |

15 | Shift gearbox into neutral position | ||
16 | Run the engine at about 1200 rpm for 2 to 3 minutes | With that the heat exchanger (12), the oil reservoir and the oil piping are completely filled with oil. | |
