New vehicles which are loaded due to transfer particularly in the winter months due to dirt and road salt, must be cleaned immediately on arrival at the destination point in order to avoid surface damage.
Salt remains and severe soiling can best be cleaned using a high pressure cleaner The transmission, transfer case, axles, spring U-bolts and vehicle underside should also be cleaned in the process.
As acid cleaners containing acid or alkaline cleaners can cause corrosion, e.g. on wheel bolts or nuts on the retaining springs of wheel balance weights, we recommend using a neutral cleaner.

The distance between the high-pressure nozzle and the object to be cleaned must be at least 70 cm for round jet nozzles and at least 30 cm for 25° flat-spray nozzles or three-sided nozzles. The high-pressure nozzle should be moved constantly during cleaning. In order to avoid damage, the water jet must not be pointed directly at door gaps, seals, brake hoses, electrical components, connectors, air spring bellows or tires.
In particular the pulsating water jet on round jet nozzles can lead to externally invisible damage to the substructure of air spring bellows and tires.

To clean the cab we recommend driving through a washer system. In the event of severe soiling the cab should be precleaned with a high pressure cleaner before washing in the washer system. This eliminates coarse particles of dirt which can cause scratches.
The costs for cleaning cannot be submitted through the warranty channels.
