For engine 470.9 an adjustable gear 1 (6) is installed from engine end number 264793. After EB the gear backlash must be adjusted between the gear 1 (6) and the crankshaft gear.
Optical differentiating characteristics are the decentralized guide pin (4) on the journal (5) and the installation marking (7) on gear 1 (6). One further differentiating characteristic is the new part numbers.
The corresponding changes in the Workshop Information System (WIS) will be published shortly.
