Never perform welding work on or near a closed air conditioning system. No smoking or open flames. Wear safety glasses and protective gloves. Work only in well ventilated rooms. Carry out repair work on the air conditioning system circuit only after the system has been evacuated.

Remove condenser blower

Unscrew bolt (3)

Wet fluid reservoir (1) in area of mounting clamp (2) with lubricant

Pull fluid reservoir (1) upwards and then forwards until screw/bolt on mounting clamp (2) is accessible

Remove screw/bolt of mounting clamp (2)

Remove fluid reservoir (1) together with mounting clamp (2)



Compressor oils (specification 362.1)

 Installation: Replace sealing rings and moisten with compressor fluid.

Seal openings on condenser with stop plugs

Detach mounting clamp (2) from fluid reservoir (1)

 Installation: Replace fluid reservoir (1).
