Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Remove/install

Remove air conditioner housing.

Remove blower housing from air conditioner housing.

Unscrew screw/bolts (1).

Only one screw is installed.

Remove cover (2).

Remove bolt (6) and remove holder (7).

Pull heat exchanger (3) carefully out of air conditioner housing.


Do not tilt heat exchanger (3).
Otherwise, damage occurs to the radiator fins of the heat exchanger (3).

Remove hoses (4) from heat exchanger (3).

If the heat exchanger (3) is replaced.

Remove seal (5) from heat exchanger (3).

If the heat exchanger (3) is replaced.

Check seal (5) for damage.

If there is a problem,



Replace seal (5).

Install in the reverse order
