Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant. | Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage bottles. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and eye protection. | |

1 | Remove heater unit | ||
2 | Remove lower part of heater housing | ||
3 | Remove air baffle in heater housing | ||
4 | Remove heating water pipes (1, 2) from regulating valve (3) | Check hose connections for damage, replace if necessary. | |
5 | Unscrew heating water pipe (1) from heat exchanger (4) | ||
6 | Unscrew two bolts (arrows) on each side of the heat exchanger | The bolts are concealed by a sound-insulating mat. If necessary, feel for the bolt heads. | |
7 | Pull out heat exchanger (4) | Do not damage the sound-insulating mats inside the heater housing. | |
8 | Install in the reverse order |
