Apply adhesive bead with blue triangular nozzle (78 mm with guide lug) from repair kit.
When applying the adhesive bead should have the same height as the triangular nozzle cross section (approx. 7 mm). Otherwise the excess glue is squeezed out at the edge of the window when installing. If an insufficient amount of adhesive is applied, adhesion problems/leakage can occur.
Install rear window within 5 min when bonding with 2-component adhesive and within 10 min when bonding with 1-component adhesive. Otherwise the adhesive force of the glue starts to decrease.
When bonding with 2-component adhesive, apply first 5 cm of bead of glue on a piece of cardboard, since the components are not yet mixed properly at the beginning.
To correctly apply adhesive bead, hold cartridge gun at right angle to window. Feather end of adhesive bead at the beginning of adhesive bead.

Smooth adhesive bead to obtain uniform shape.

Position cup suction tool on rear window.

Position rear window at spacers, lay down carefully and press on.
Open sliding door or side window. This prevents the rear window from being pressed outwards by the air pressure when the rear-end door is closed.
Curing time: 1-component adhesive min. 2 h. 2-component adhesive min. 1 h.
