Do not remove relay holders. Remove housing without disassembling it. | |||

5 | Remove refrigerant line between condenser and vehicle interior expansion valve |

6 | Remove screw/bolt (1) | ||
7 | Route electrical wiring harness (2) out of working area | For this purpose, remove electrical wiring harness (2) from brackets (3, 4). | |
8 | Remove bracket (3) | To do this, remove bolt (6). | |
9 | Remove bracket (4) | Remove bolt (7) to do this. | |
10 | Disconnect electrical connectors (8) | ||
11 | Remove electrical connectors (9), relay (10) with holder and fuse holder (11) from housing (15) | ||
12 | Remove tape (12) | Anti-rattle tape | |
13 | Remove covers (13, 14) | ||
14 | Remove electrical subharnesses from working area | ||
15 | Remove cover (16) | ||
16 | Release screw (17) by a few turns | Do not fully remove screw (17). | |
17 | Unscrew nuts (18) | ||
18 | Remove housing (15) | ||
19 | Disconnect electrical connector (19) | Model 470, 471 with code MJ8 (ECO start/stop function) | |
20 | Unscrew screws/bolts (20) | ||
21 | Remove rubber grommets (21) | ||
22 | Remove electrical subharnesses from working area | ||
23 | Install in the reverse order |
