1 | Disconnect ground line from the battery and remove ignition key | ||
2 | Remove central electric unit | Do not disconnect lines. | |
3 | Remove steering wheel | Except code SA5, driver's airbag. | |

4.1 | Detach contact spiral from steering column | With code SA5, driver's airbag or code BB3, electronic stability program (ESP). Put clock spring contact to one side. | |
5 | Remove steering angle sensor | with code BB3, electronic stability Installation: The installation position of the steering angle sensor must be noted. The locking lug of the steering angle sensor must seat in the steering column groove. | |
6 | Unscrew bolts (1) and take off cover (2) of combination switch (3) | ||
7 | Unscrew bolts (4) and remove combination switch (3) from steering column | ||
8 | Install in the reverse order | ||
