Open front exhaust system flange (1) - rear exhaust system (2)


 Assembly: Replace self-locking nuts (5), check state of gasket (4), replace if necessary, tightening flange connection evenly

Remove rear exhaust system (2)

Remove heatable Lambda probe (R22)

Pay attention to the assembly instructions for exhaust gas systems with corrugated pipe!

 Pay attention not to tension load the exhaust pipes and corrugated pipes due to the weight of the exhaust system, install them tension free

Remove the front exhaust system (1)

Check connection points

 Check flanges, coupling cones, exhaust pipes, if fitting eliminate all remains of burning and corrosion with sandpaper
